E-mail us to confirm your requirement for a return. Any items
returned to us without prior notification will be returned to sender.
Within 7 days of receipt you may return any item
to us, defective or not, for a full refund. Shipping charges will not be
refunded as this has been successfully consumed by the customer. You are
entitled, within 30 days of purchase to a full refund or a replacement product
if the product ceases to work, or becomes defective in some way arising from the
normal use of the product, or manufacturing fault.
The customer remains liable for all shipping
charges for returns to us, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds and replacements
will only be issued once we have received the item in the condition specified in
your initial returns E-mail.
